Lemon liqueur

The star of Limonio’s liqueur production, obtained from the peel of the Sicilian lemon variety Femminello, grown in the estate of Partinico. It is a Limoncello of extraordinary purity, a symphony of lemon blossom aromas and a journey through Sicily’s history and traditions. It is the perfect conclusion to a Sicilian meal, especially with a cool serving of fruit salad.

Ingredients:
Lemons, alcohol obtained from the distillation of Sicilian wine grapes, water and sugar.

Characteristics:
Colour: olive green, varying in intensity depending on the fruit used for the infusion
Aroma: intense notes of lemon, from the essential oils contained in the peel
Taste: strong and fragrant notes of freshly picked lemons

Mandarin Liqueur

It is a perfect after dinner drink, best enjoyed with Sicily's desserts and is a wonderful addition to the preparation of many recipes such as custards and cream desserts.

Olive oil

An intensely fruity extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Sicilian variety Cerasuola harvested as soon as the olives change colour and milled the same day.

Prickly Pear Liqueur

Prickly Pears are a symbol of Sicily and the base of this precious and light liqueur (30% alc/vol). Delicious in combination with foods such as foie gras, truffle, salmon and caviar.

Amaro

Made by steeping the peel of bitter oranges, herbs and roots in alcohol, it is best served cold at a temperature between -5 and -8 degrees. Excellent as a pre or after dinner drink.
